Delivery Times:
 
In Cantaloupe we made sure to work with the best logistic partners to assure that you receive your purchase as quickly and as safely as possible.
All orders ship out from our warehouse in Portugal. We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible. During holidays shipping time can be slightly extended. If your order has been placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following working day.
 
Portugal and Spain - 1-2 working days
Rest of Europe - 1-2 working days
Rest of the world – 3-4 working days

- Shipping European Union: 14€
- Shipping Rest of the World: 20€
- Free shipping WW above 200€
- Free Returns WW (free returns do not apply to discounted products)
 
NOTE: Certain countries will require payment of duties and taxes at the time of delivery. You will be liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on your country requirements where the order is being sent. We are not responsible for payment of this duty.
 
 
Returns Policy:
 
In Cantaloupe we know how stressful can be to return a product, so we made sure to make your life as easy as possible. In order to do that, all returns are easy and FREE. (except on discounted products)
 
If, for some odd reason, you are not satisfied with your brand new piece of art, please contact us at support@cantaloupe-studio.com.
After receiving your email, our team will promptly take care of your situation.
 
Try your shoes in the comfort of your home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. We will collect your items FREE of charge from your home, work or an alternative address, on a day that’s convenient for you.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with the original labels and inside the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly at our website www.cantaloupe-studio.com.
 
Free returns do not apply in discounted products.

 

Complaints:

 

If you want to return a product due to a defect, premature damage, or any issue for which Cantaloupe is responsible, please report the situation to the email, support@cantaloupe-studio.com.

Our team will assess the situation, and if necessary, the product will be sent to a qualified independent laboratory where damage will be assessed.

If it turns out that Cantaloupe Studio is responsible, the customer will be refunded immediately.

On the contrary, if it is proved that the damage observed is the responsibility of the customer, he must assume the costs of the test, in the amount of 50€, plus the shipping costs.
 
Refunds:
 
Cantaloupe will check the quality of the returned product and will issue the refund only if it meets the return policy conditions.
You’ll receive the refund on the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refund times can vary depending on different payment providers
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly
 
The refund will be free of charge and will always include the product(s) you are returning but will not include the shipping and taxes.
If you return some product(s) and your total order amount turns below the threshold for free delivery (200€ WW), the previous free shipping amount will be deducted from the refund.
